National Walk a Dog to School Day |
iona Healey-Hutchinson, Head of Fundraising at Battersea Dogs
Home says, "National Walk a Dog to School Day is a great chance for
kids and adults to get that little extra outdoor exercise. Absolutely
anyone can take part as you don’t necessarily have to own a
dog yourself – maybe an neighbour or a family friend has
a dog just panting for a walk? Schools can also arrange other fundraising
activities on the day such as holding a fete or fun run. Whatever
you do, the dogs and cats at Battersea Dogs Home really need your
support so please, please sign up now!"
